Rental Items are refunded in full if cancelled 14 days in advance. If cancelled after 14 days there is a $50.00 cancelation fee.

 

Rental Agreement:

Accepting delivery binds you to the standard rental agreement: You agree to return the garments and pay an additional $35.00 for each day items are kept over the alotted time. You agree to pay on return date all costs of replcements or repairs. If articles are lost and not returned returned as per agreement, you agree to pay replacement costs equal to FIVE times the daily rental rate in consideration of both merchandise and lost rental revenue. You agree to pay a reasonable collection fee plus attorneys fees if a law suit is instituted.

 

Measurements:

We will gladly make adjustments and alterations on our measurements. If you sent in your measurements you are responsible for what sizes you sent in. We will send you exactly what you requested and hold you responsible. Our best advice is to PLEASE make sure to be sized by a professional. Alterations and Adjustments provided from the customer are subject to a $35.00 alteration and redelivery fee.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
